Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Deposits are non- refundable for cancellation. If you rebook the same day you cancel, you can keep your deposit towards your service. Deposit is transferrable to only 1 reschedule. * You still need to be within the 24 hours cancellation window.
Grace Period & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen. A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service will be shortened to the remaining time to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.
Full service price still applies.
If arrival exceeds a point where the service can no longer be performed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
